Sports Systems Services provides technology services for event operations and media communications. We work with nearly 1,000 clients at professional and collegiate teams, leagues, sponsors, PR firms, marketing agencies and corporate clients.
Our two core services are:
GuestPass: A comprehensive online event management platform that is used for event invitations, registrations, hospitality management, guest surveys, ticket request and other internal processes that allow our clients to do their jobs more efficiently.
And
PressPass: A modernization of event accreditation by replacing the paper process with online tools to collect applications, review them and communicate back to applicants easily and efficiently.
We also continue to distribute press releases and newsletters via email and fax for approximately 750 clients. Sports Systems offers additional companion services designed to assist media managers. We help media relations offices track coverage of their team, school or sponsors through traditional paper clips and web clips. We can help with media web site design and operation. We can build press lists for media distribution. And finally, we can reduce the cost of teleconferences.
Sports Systems was founded in 1986 to develop event-site scoring systems and league-office databases of team and player statistics. The most prominent of these systems is still used today by Major League Baseball to collect all statistics at every game.
Our goal is to provide innovative, technology-driven services designed to exceed clients’ expectations in service, quality and value. Hopefully our large clientele and nearly 20 years of success speaks for itself.
