2008 Online Media Credential System
Welcome to the Coastal Carolina University 2008 Football Season Credential System. Below you will find the link to the Credential Form to fill out for each of the home games this season. Please enter your information and your requests for season passes or individual game passes.
Please note: Due to the high number of applications, it is not possible to accommodate all requests. Credentials will be issued to accredited sportswriters of daily newspapers, major magazines, television stations, as well as radio broadcasters from local, national and regional sports shows.

Credentials Policy
Requests for working press space must be made via this web site at least one week before the date of the home contest. The request should be made by the sports director of the newspaper, magazine, radio or television outlet wishing to send a reporter(s) to the game (please coordinate all requests from a media agency into one request). Confirmation of the request will be made by CCU Athletic Media Relations personnel.
Press credentials will not be issued to spouses, friends or children, in accordance with the working code of the College Sports Information Directors of America and the Football Writers Association of America. The press box is a working area and cheering will be grounds for removal. Photographers are issued similar credentials to press box media. Photographers are allowed to shoot from outside the 25-yard line on each side of the field and outside the dotted line surrounding the field. Due to HIPAA regulations, we ask all photographers, both television and print, to not photograph any injury evaluations done in the bench/sidelines area.
Media parking is located in the Black Lots on Chanticleer Drive West in the lots surrounding the Athletic Administration Building. Season media members will be issued season parking passes. Single-game parking passes should be requested with media passes and will need to be requested at least a week in advance to allow arrival prior to game. If a press pass is left at the will call window, or if a member of the media does not have a season press pass, parking arrangements are the responsibility of the media member. There is no “Will Call” List for parking for credentials requested less than a week in advance.
Visiting radio stations have a separate booth on the south end of the Press Level (fourth floor) of Brooks Stadium. Visitors receive one reciprocal phone line for their game broadcasts. Should more lines be needed, please contact John Martin for arrangements.
