Summary
This is a web-based service
that helps you efficiently manage and control the information involved with
event credentials. We build
your application online and customize back-end management reports just for
you and your event. You still
control the full process, including all approvals, denials, and follow-ups
sent to applicants. The difference is that printing, mailing, and
data-entry from paper forms are eliminated, while approval letters and
supplemental forms are handled by the computer instead of manually.
Sports

manage all elements from application to on-site arrival requires extensive
credential and technical experience directly applying database and web
technology to event credentialing. PressPass reduces
the time, money and paper managing event credentials, but at the same time,
it increases your control and ensures all applications are correctly and
easily handled.

printing and mailing event credential applications is eliminated because
journalists are asked to fill in an online application. (A small percentage
of applicants will always want to still use paper, but a PDF of what was
mailed can be offered for those wanting to fax or mail the form.)

errors created by typing applications into Excel or other internal systems
is eliminated. Journalists
themselves will do nearly all entry.

printing and mailing approval letters is eliminated as this task is done

and time lost responding to media seeking an update on their application is
reduced: Each applicant is sent an email confirming their application, and
letters are sent immediately after approval, so fewer media will call.

dealing with add-on forms for hotels and phones is reduced: The system will
send any add-on forms with the approval letter automatically.

organization and usability of credential information is improved: You can
access the service anytime from any computer with a web connection without
any special software. Any question, from the status of an application to
how many people have been approved for a certain event, can be answered
almost immediately by our system. For example, you can create a report to
check which out of town journalists have not submitted a hotel form.

print any custom report using understandable onscreen instructions. Reports
can be written to the screen, to your printer, or to text, PDF or Excel
files.
Ø Milestones – Credential approval
can be conditional of an assignment letter from the editor, a digital
photo, clips kit, or anything else.
Ø Private Sites - A private web site
can be created for your pending or approved media to check their own
status, to see additional event information, or to access add-on forms as
necessary.

Versatility - The service can be used to control and
credential staff, volunteers, VIPs and participants.
Ø
High Quality Printing – For media failing to supply a photo, you can take
their pictures and produce credentials on-site with a camera and printer. We offer blank stock and supplies,
or we can print high-quality, laminated or card-stock credentials in 48
hours. Credentials can have
access-control bar codes, magnetic strips and holographic imprints for
security.
