via email. Documents can be distributed in multiple forms to satisfy each

Four Email Formats – Some journalists are insistent about email
format due to technical limitations, dial-up issues or personal
preferences. To accommodate
recipients, we distribute emails to each person in his or her preferred
format, all from one original document our client has sent to us, and all
in one broadcast. Possible
formats are: HTML, plain text, PDF attachment and PDF link.

Great Looking Emails – Your emails should look as good as the releases
you hand out in a pressroom, and ours do. Note: Only 112 out of 865
journalists polled prefer plain text emails, most media prefer formatted
releases, which better represent teams, and fulfill sponsor requirements. However, for recipients preferring
text email, we’ve created a new technology to mimic the format of your
original release improving readability.

Management –
It is common for PR representatives to have different lists on their laptop
and desktop computers causing unnecessary confusion. By keeping your lists on-file here
in our system, list management becomes simplified. Anyone in your
department can use and maintain a consistent set of lists from any computer
with web access.
