On On behalf of the Football Bowl Association (FBA) Executive Committee, I would like to thank everyone who participated in the 2007 FBA meetings and invite you and any new parties to join us this year.
The 2008 FBA meetings will take place April 29-May 2 at the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure in Weston, Florida.
The Trade Show will be held on Tuesday, April 29 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. during the opening reception as well as during our two breakfasts (7-9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30 and 7-8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 1) and the final lunch (Thursday, May 1). We have also built time into the agenda on Thursday morning for breakout meetings with vendors and bowls. Hopefully, this schedule along with the invitations to the social outings will provide exhibitors and bowl representatives ample time and a positive environment to learn what everyone has to offer.

2008 Football Bowl Association Event Schedule
The Football Bowl Association (FBA) is a non-profit organization consisting of 32 postseason college bowl games. Members of the FBA meet annually to discuss policy, exchange ideas and seek certification from the NCAA. Bowl directors and chairpersons as well as marketing and event personnel attend.

After you register you will receive a confirmation email with a full itinerary of the entire event for your planning purposes and additional information pertaining to Power and Audio/Visual needs.
Trade Show Information
Vendors Vendors are invited to showcase their merchandise at the trade show for $900 per 10 x 10 foot booth or $1,700 for a double booth. We have provided the following information to assist you in planning to attend this year's meetings.
The Trade Show is scheduled for the following dates:
Tuesday, April 29, 2008: Welcome Reception (5:30 – 7:30 p.m.)
Wednesday, April 30, 2008: Breakfast (7 – 9:30 a.m.)
Thursday, May 1, 2008: Breakfast (7 – 8:30 a.m.)
Thursday, May 1, 2008: Lunch (11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
The $900 fee includes the following:
- A booth in a 10' x 10' space at the 2008 Football Bowl Association Meetings for the above dates & times, including one (1) 6' Table and two (2) Chairs.
- Invitations Invitations for two (2) to the Tuesday Opening Reception, breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday as well as lunch and dinner on Thursday and access to the hospitality room each evening. Each vendor will also have the opportunity to participate in the Wednesday golf outing for $140 per player as space allows, while Wednesday evening is open to schedule meetings/dinners of your choosing.

If you are interested in becoming an exhibitor at this year's Football Bowl Association meetings, please fill out the information on the following pages as soon as possible to guarantee your spot. Registration is open as space allows through Friday, March 21. Last year, the trade show reached capacity on February 28.
