hot, timely releases. Therefore,
to not include faxing in your distribution is as limiting to your efforts
as was not emailing at all just a short time ago. Our distribution service features:

Availability– Our service is available 24
hours a day, seven days a week via the web or any fax machine. We can send any document to any list
on-file at any time. Through
our web site, you have total control anytime over your lists, documents and
broadcasts.

use more than 250 phone lines to deliver all of your faxes as quick as
possible.

Simple Process – Send us the original document
in any popular form (Word, Excel, PDF, postscript, etc) via our web site,
or fax in your document from any PC or standard fax machine. We take care
of the rest. For confirmation,
we will either offer a review copy on the web site or fax you back a copy
for your approval.

Email Integration – As recipients shift to email,
all you have to do is substitute their email address for their fax number
since lists can have both fax and email recipients. Our system can email to part of a
list and fax to the rest in the same broadcast. The process doesn’t change at all.

your faxes and who doesn’t. We track your faxes successes and failures and
report them to you on a single, easy-to read report.

addition, we provide a list analysis report to help reduce your cost from
failed faxes.
Ø Cost Effectiveness – We
charge only a flat per-minute fee, regardless of the time of day or
destination of the fax (80 countries are part of this flat-rate plan while
others do have modest additional charges). The standard rate is $0.19 per minute (with important
6-second incremental billing), where discounts are available based on
volume and loyalty.
