Conference USA encourages all media members planning to cover the 2008 C-USA Football Championship to apply for credentials through the C-USA online system. Due to the circumstances of site and team determination of the 2008 C-USA Football Championship, we would like to receive as much information in advance as possible. It will also help us to expedite information to you once the teams and site are determined.

Please fill out the information as accurately as possible. Based on the information you provide, you will be contacted with more detailed information (game location, participating teams, hotel accommodations, press conferences, etc.) as it becomes available. There will be a limited opportunity to apply for credentials through the online system once the teams are determined, but again, providing us this information in advance will be very useful.

Credentials to the 2008 C-USA Football Championship are issued solely at the discretion of the conference office. Credentials are a limited license, which may be revoked by the conference office. Media members that plan to cover the event should file a credential request form on this web site. All credentials must be picked up in person at the site. None are mailed.

Deadline: The conference office must receive applications no later than Tuesday, December 2, 2008.

Please review the C-USA Credential Policies and Guidelines before filling out this form. The policies will be strictly enforced.
