
On behalf of the Football Bowl Association (FBA) Executive Committee, I would like to invite you to join us for the 2012 FBA meetings April 25-27 at the Marriott Harbor Beach in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
THE 2012 FBA TRADESHOW IS CURRENTLY SOLD OUT, HOWEVER YOU MAY REGISTER TO BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST IN THE EVENT A SPACE BECOMES AVAILABLE.
The Trade Show is open to vendors who offer appropriate products and/or services to assist FBA member bowls and will be held on Wednesday, April 25 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the evening reception as well as during breakfast (7:30 - 9:00 a.m.) and lunch (11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) on Thursday, April 26. You may also set-up individual breakout meetings with bowls on Thursday afternoon. Hopefully, this schedule along with the invitations to the social activities will provide exhibitors and bowl representatives ample time and a positive environment to learn what everyone has to offer.
If you are able to join us, please register for the tradeshow and your hotel room(s) no later than Monday, April 2, however please understand space is limited and on a first-come basis and the show typically sells out in advance of the deadline.
The Football Bowl Association (FBA) is a non-profit organization consisting of 35 postseason college bowl games. Members of the FBA meet annually to discuss policy, exchange ideas and meet with representatives from the NCAA. Bowl directors and chairpersons as well as marketing and event personnel attend.
In addition to trade show vendors, the FBA is also seeking sponsors to underwrite the various FBA events. After you register you will receive a confirmation email with a full itinerary of the entire event for your planning purposes and additional information pertaining to Power and Audio/Visual needs, hotel facts and our Trade Show Exhibit Services company.
Vendors are invited to showcase their merchandise at the trade show for $1,000 per 8 x 10 foot booth, $1,950 for a double booth or $2,925 for a triple booth. We have provided the following information to assist you in planning to attend this year's meetings.
The Trade Show is scheduled for the following dates:
Wednesday, April 25: Welcome Reception (5:00 – 7:00 p.m.)
Thursday, April 26: Breakfast (7:30 – 9:00 a.m.)

Here is the tentative Trade Show Floor Plan. Booth assignments will be made with top priority given to meeting sponsors and exhibitors purchasing multiple booths. All others will be assigned by date of registration with consideration given to returning vendors. We will also attempt to not place direct product competitors in adjacent booths when possible.
