Online Media Credentials Manager

Welcome to the University of Kentucky Credential System for football and men's basketball. Below you will find the link(s) to the Credential Forms to fill out for each of the home games this season. Please enter your information and your requests for season passes or individual game passes.

Credential requests should come from the sports editors/directors of your media outlet only. Please be prepared to request all credentials for your media outlet at this time, including credentials for other departments. All Season credential requests need to be submitted by Aug. 21 (Football) and Oct. 2 (Men's Basketball). Requests for single games should be made as far in advance as possible and no later than five (5) days prior to game day.

Please note: Due to the high number of applications, it is not possible to accommodate all requests. Accredited, working media will have first priority and all others will be on a space-available basis. No one under 18 years of age will be issued a credential or armband without the prior approval of the SID.

Once you have entered a request, you will be sent an email with information on how to check the status of your request and modify that request. You must use this link to re-enter the system to modify your request.

A photo ID must be emailed to jamie.holloway@uky.edu to receive a season press credential, and you will be required to acknowledge by signature that you have read the new terms and conditions of credential use. Parking passes can be picked up, mailed or over-nighted in advance as requested in your application. We cannot send game credentials via U.S. Mail.
