
Entrance: The entrance to the press box at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in located through the press elevator lobby near Gate 3 on the west side of the stadium. The elevator begins operating three hours prior to kickoff. Media Will Call in located in the north ticket booth near Gate 3 on the west side of the stadium and opens three hours prior to kickoff.
Radio/Television/Coaches: Booths located on the main press level accommodate live television broadcast, home and visiting radio crews, as well as home and visiting coaches.
Sidelines: Florida follows the guidelines established by the NCAA Communications Committee and the Southeastern Conference regarding sideline control for the purpose of ensuring the sideline as a working press area.
Press Box: Only those individuals with legitimate working media functions are allowed in the working areas of the press box.
Children are not allowed in the working areas of the press box, sidelines or bench areas.
Statistics and play-by-plays will be passed out at the end of each quarter. Final books and quotes and notes from both teams will be passed out at the end of the game as soon as they are completed. Final statistics and play-by-plays will be available on www.gatorzone.com within minutes of the conclusion of the game.
Parking: Because of the limited amount of parking passes, not all requests will be approved. If parking is approved, a map to the assigned lot is on the back of the parking pass.
Pro Scouts: One credential per NFL team may be approved per event. The cost is the same as a game ticket and can be paid with cash or check at Media Will Call. No credential for a pro scout will be mailed. No parking pass will be issued to a pro scout.
Bowl Scouts: A maximum of two credentials and one parking pass per bowl may be approved per event.
Satellite Trucks: Satellite truck parking is on a first come, first served basis starting at 8:00 a.m. each game day on Stadium Road in front of the ROTC building.
For all home games (excluding the game occurring Thanksgiving weekend), satellite trucks cannot be on campus before 4:30 p.m. the Friday before the game. After 4:30 p.m. on Friday, trucks can park in the north end of the O'Connell Center parking lot near the garage until Friday at midnight. Friday overnight parking is at the UF Hilton Hotel and Conference Center at the UF Commuter Lot. Satellite trucks may move closer to the stadium three (3) hours after the game.

Postgame: Coach Meyer will conduct his postgame press conference at home games approximately 10 minutes after the game in the South Endzone Meeting Room.
The UF locker room is closed. Several players will be ushered into the South Endzone Meeting Room at the conclusion of Coach Meyer's postgame press conference.
The opponents' coach will conduct his postgame news conference in the Auxiliary Photo Room located on the southeast side of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Credentials: All credential requests should be made via this website. All requests should be made as early as possible and should be limited to working media only. The deadline for season credential requests is August 21, 2009. Individual game credentials must be requested by the Wednesday prior to the date of the game. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Credentials are not transferable. If a credential is sold or transferred, the original recipient will be denied future admission privileges and the bearer is subject to ejection from the stadium and prosecution.
Southeastern Conference Media Credentials: Terms and Conditions for Use
The University of Florida strictly enforces a credential approval policy designed to best allocate credentials in order to maximize coverage in a safe, professional working environment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to accommodate all requests.
UF Credential Approval Policy
Newspapers: Preference will be given to those newspapers which cover all 12 games of the Gators or the opposing team. Newspapers which cover all home games receive the next priority. All newspapers must be dailies with a Sunday edition and circulation above 30,000.
Weekly newspapers: No credentials will be provided to weekly newspapers.
Television: Preference will be given to those stations which cover all 12 games of the Gators or the opposing team. Stations which cover all home games receive the next priority. All stations must have regular nightly sports segments with a full-time sports director/talent.
Radio Stations: Credentials will be limited to the two originating team broadcasts and one pass to Gainesville area stations, and the opposing team's hometown stations, if these stations have a sports director and regular daily sports shows. A credential may also be issued to a full-time on the air host of a twenty-four hour sports talk radio station that carries at least 25 percent local programming. These stations must cover the athletic program on a regular, year-round basis as determined by the Sports Information Director of the two institutions.
Photographers: Staff photographers who represent accredited daily newspapers and national magazines are given first preference on sideline credentials. Photos are for editorial use by the credentialed organization only. Photos used for any other purpose must receive prior written permission from the University of Florida Communications office. There is no photo space available in the press box. Forms issued for armbands must be exchanged on gameday at Press Will Call. All photographers in the photo armband area must be carrying professional cameras. No cutline writers, grips or messengers will be allowed in this area due to congestion.
Magazines: National circulation magazines will be given first preference. It is unlikely any other magazine will receive credentials.
School Outlets: Maximum of two press, two photo will be provided to designated school newspapers. Maximum of one reporter, one photo pass will be provided to school educational TV. Maximum of one photo pass will be provided to school yearbook. No campus media will be issued a parking pass.
