Email Format Options

Thanks to this new feature, you now have the ability to choose the format for future emails from ADZEN.

HTML - Is the best option for Outlook, Outlook Express and AOL. (Is known to not work well with Lotus Notes, Hotmail, Yahoo and other web-mail programs.) HTML email is a small file with no download attachments, and is fully cut-and-pasteable. Note, this form of email includes a link to the PDF (not attached!) so a clean, printable copy of the document is always just one click away if needed or wanted.

PDF Attachment - Is universally the best looking and the easiest-to-read emailed document. Will work with any mail program, and is fully cut-and-pasteable using the "T" text tool. However, the PDF can be a large file, so is not the best option if on a dial-up connection.

Plain Text - Is simple and universal, but can be harder to read because it will not include the formatting desired by the sender. Plain text is cut-and-pasteable. Note, this form of email includes a link to the PDF (not attached!) so a clean, printable copy of the document is always just one click away if needed or wanted.
