Welcome to the official media credential application site for the 2018 Mountain West Men's and Women's Basketball Championships. The tournaments will be held March 5-10 at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas. This site is intended for use by members of the media only.
Credential Information
All approved media members must pick up their credential at the Cox Low Gym Media Entrance located on the southwest corner of Cox Pavilion (behind the Mendenhall Center) between Monday, March 5, and Saturday, March 10. Mountain West Basketball Championship credentials are non-transferable.
The sports editor or news director is the "requestor" and must submit the request for ALL employees who will cover the event, who are the "attendees." Please request credentials for all of your staff members on ONE application. If you (the requestor) are attending the event, please choose "Add Requestor as Attendee" before adding other attendees from your agency. Individual requests from the same media entity will be denied. You will be required to enter unique email address for each attendee credential request.
If a credential is sold or transferred, the original recipient will be denied admission privileges and the bearer is subject to ejection from the Thomas & Mack Center and prosecution. A government-issued photo ID will be required at media registration to pick up approved credentials. A TV station photo ID or any other type of photo ID/badge are not permissible.
No credentials will be sent by mail. ALL APPROVED CREDENTIALS MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE APPROVED INDIVIDUAL. GROUP CREDENTIAL PICK UP IS NOT PERMITTED.
Online credential request deadline is 5 p.m. MT on Monday, February 26.
